We are creating detailed requirements and send this out to multiple suppliers. We will also match your needs with existing suppliers. We review the quotes and the provided data in order to ensure reasonable pricing for raw materials and process. We then select the best option to provide a mix of price, performance and our prior experience to you. 

You will receive a quote where we will also explain features, deviations, potential issues and risks. 

When you have accepted the quote we do a detailed factory audit to ensure quality and safety. We focus on suppliers attitude, facts and data, machine capabilities, environmental setup, social responsibility, working conditions, process control and management structure. 

Once the factory is approved we let them do a sample production. We review key points of the specification, appearance, dimensions, function, and performance. We inspect the sample and confirm process and materials is the same as mass production and we will document and send you a detailed report. On your request we can send the sample to you for your personal review.  

We agree on the mode of transport, whether we deliver the goods door to door to your assigned location, or we provide the goods ready for pickup under ex-works conditions from the manufacturer is your choice. We provide you with transparent quotes that ease your decision. 
We consult you on CE compliance and potential CE risks.  

In case you have branding needs we will consult you on the process and give you advise, if you already have a brand established we arrange the branding for you at the manufacturer, e.g. Logo and colors and packaging. 

Before production starts we ensure that the supplier follows the prior agreements. After production start we do either in-process quality check (IPQC) during the production or pre-shipment-inspection (PSI), after the production is finished to ensure that the products match your expectation. We check packaging and shipping requirements e.g. shipping marks or labels.   

According to our agreement we will communicate with the best suitable freight forwarder to arrange pickup and delivery. We will manage customs documentation including HS codes/Tariffs and certificates. Soon after the pickup we monitor tracking information, customs clearance and scheduled delivery to your desired location.
